Founded in 2009, Pilex India has been providing professional and independent pile testing consultancy to the Foundation and Civil Engineering Industry in India. The firm is led by Mr. Mahesh Hingorani, Graduate in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate in Geotechnical Engineering has more than 20 years of rich experience in the assorted fields of civil engineering like Non Destructive Testing of Pile Foundations which include High-Strain Dynamic Testing, Low-Strain Pile Integrity Testing, Cross-Hole Sonic Logging, Static Load Tests in Compression, Tension and Lateral, Pile Instrumentation with Strain Gauges and Extensometers, Caliper Logging of Borehole for piles. He is also involved in NDT of Structural Members and has great experience of using UPV, Rebound Hammer, Profometer, Ferroscan, Ground Penetrating Radar, etc. He is also having experience of conducting Structural Load Tests for Bridges and Slabs using Linear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDTs). He has an extensive working experience both in India and Middle East in the field of Non-Destructive Testing for Pile Foundation & Concrete Structures. He has worked as a testing expert for all major contracting companies and government bodies which include NHAI, Indian Railways, Airport Authority in India and Dubai Metro, Roads & Transport Authority, PDO, TRANSCO, Saudi Electricity, Saudi Royal Naval Force in Middle East.

Also achieved the rank of ‘INTERMEDIATE’ on the Dynamic Measurement and Analysis Proficiency Test conducted by Pile Driving Contractors Association (PDCA) & Pile Dynamics, Inc. (PDI) on October 3, 2015. Refer the certificate at www.PDAproficiencytest.com
